Booking privacy

MDB Vaux Nation uses the information you provide to handle your booking request, contact you about your vehicle, plan workshop work and maintain job records.

What we save

Your name, phone number, email, registration, vehicle details, appointment date and time and notes are saved with your request. Your signed-in WordPress account identifies the requests you can see. Authorised staff can manage job status, assignments, agreed prices and workshop notes.

Your account and access

Customers can view their own requests. Authorised active staff use the shared workshop diary. WordPress handles sign-in and account administration.

Contact and choices

To discuss your information, request a correction or ask about removal, call 07926 571858. Records needed for ongoing work or business record keeping may need to be retained.

Keep notes relevant

Please provide vehicle symptoms and relevant repair history. Keep payment details, passwords and sensitive documents out of booking notes.
